I too am among the masses who saw you on I DO...LET'S EAT! I knew then and there, that's the chef for my wedding. My fiancee is Bajan, and I am African-American. I know from watching you on the show that you will be able to more than aptly satisfy the palettes of both sides of our families. We don't eat pork, but our families do.
