Mr. Richards, at last! I was able to find your site via ACP Events, where you'd made a comment andlisted your phone number and web address. I am sooo very excited. I too am among the masses who saw you on I DO...LET'S EAT! I knew then and there, that's the chef for my wedding. My fiancee is Bajan, and I am African-American. I know from watching you on the show that you will be able to more than aptly satisfy the palettes of both sides of our families. We don't eat pork, but our families do. I am so intent that I am willing to work my wedding/reception date with your packed schedule! The wedding will be in Barbados in late summer 2007 thru early 2008 at the latest. You have my contact information. Continued Blessings to you and yours!
I am the owner of a banquet facility in Baltimore. I am recooperating from surgery and saw you on tv. I am not easily impressed, but I must confess that I am overly overly overly impressed with your presentation. My daughter is getting married next year and I would love to have you come to Baltimore to cater this affair at my establishment. I will be intouch. I know that you will give me exactly what I want. God Bless You and Keep You. When I saw you pray with your staff I knew - You are the one. I pray with my staff as well.
Hi. I too saw an episode of I Do lets Eat. You catered a Jamaican/Bahamas reception. The food looked AMAZING! My husband loves to cook, and we are wanting to know if you have a cookbook out so that we can try some of your recipes? Please let us know by email. Congratulations on your success, and keep on making GREAT FOOD! Mr. and Mrs. Mack

My beloved partner and I will be hoping to be married very soon. And would really appreciate some more information on your services.
